LOL!
As if it weren’t bad enough with the black guy being the black power ranger but then you have to make him do a body roll on the introduction?

This is BLK water.
It is black spring water from Canada.
It’s infused with fulvic acid ( a naturally occuring substance found in pre-historic plant matter. Because fulvic acid is naturally black it changes the molecules of the water, making them black.)
It has a ph balance of 9.0
It has natural electrolytes and 77 trace minerals from the fulvic acid.
It actually regenerates the cells in your body faster than regular water and is a high antioxidant.
fascinating

Duke Ellington & John Coltrane- In a Sentimental Mood
While tablets are all the rage for reading books these days, there’s still something nice about having actual books on your shelf. Art Ori’s clever bookends turn your books into a tiny action scene.

Life is good
Reshare or like if you believe for the money you spend on your cell service you feel exceptional customer service should not be optional.
I spent over an hour today with Sprint due to an error an agent made on October 17th. Sprint claims to have discovered the error days ago, but needed my authorization to fix the error and add the iphone proctection plan I ordered on the 17th. They also claim to have called me repeatedly to resolve without a response. The only call I received was November 2nd with a voice message to call Sprint.
(Proof that Sprint has NOT been trying to “call for days” but instead only called about the error yesterday)
I called tonight and was transfered to roughly 7 agents. Who all claimed they could not add the protection plan. One agent even told me to just wait for whoever left me the message from Sprint to call me back. Sprint’s award winning J.D. Power and Assoicates service reached its peak when the 3rd agent explained they needed to put me on a brief hold to get permission from their supervisor. After 27minutes of being put on a hold another agent picked up the phone wondering who I was and what I was calling for…appearently the original agent did not know how to resolved and transfered me to someone else. The 4th agent said there was nothing she could do and transfered me to someone in the retention department so I could cancel my service with Sprint.
The 5th Customer Retention agent was extremely nice and promised not to put me on extended hold. She kept her promise and instead disconnected the call after 3 minutes on hold.
(1st Call to Sprint )
I called back and verified by account for the now 6th time and explained my issue that I simply was returning a call that an error was discovered and my authorization was need to resolve and add the warranty to my phone. I was transfered to “Escalation Manager” Paasha who after 15 minutes was able to resolve, but questioned what else I was asking for when I explained the poor level of service received. You see she felt since she fixed the issue that I should be happy to spend close to 2 hours on the phone to resolve an issue that was Sprint’s fault to begin with. When I asked for her supervisor, she declined stating she was the highest level, when I asked if their KY address was the best address to submit my formal complaint she claimed that she could not either provide or verify any address for mailing. (The KY address is on their website under customer service).
(2nd Call )
If Sprint loved happy customers a warm apology, empathetic tone and evena few anytime minutes or credit to the account would have made a mends for the hold time and poor service. Honestly it would have went a long way repair the new relationship that I have with Sprint. I have to tell you 3 weeks into my contract and Sprint has left a sour taste in my mouth.
